Word Wrap
Hard-wrap to a width, counting CJK as double

Wrapping by character count skews mixed CJK and Latin text: in a monospace font a Han character occupies two columns, so twenty of them are forty columns wide. CJK therefore counts as 2 by default — turn it off to count plain characters. Unwrap merges the lines inside each paragraph while keeping blank lines as separators, which is what hard-wrapped text pasted out of email or a PDF usually needs.
